Step 1
Contact us to check availability, pricing and suitability of course, charter or holiday. We would be delighted to answer any queries and concerns you may have.

Step 2
Make provisional booking (on availability) and source flights. Provisional bookings are held for 5 working days. After 5 days the booking may be cancelled.

Step 3
We will send you a booking form as well as our terms and conditions. You Confirm your booking by returning the completed booking form along with a 25% deposit. This can be done by bank transfer or a cheque made payable to “Ionian Island Sailing”. Please email us for our bank details. You can pay the balance anytime up to 28 days prior to the commencement of the course, charter or holiday.

Step 4
Confirmation of booking - once we receive your deposit payment and booking form we then send you written confirmation of your holiday booking as well as Joining Instructions.

Step 5
We strongly advise that you take Travel Insurance to cover loss of gear, medical expenses, cancellation etc.
